Ayurveda thus tells us about the utility of the yoga in our daily life, which will help to sync the body and the mind in the right direction. That is why Ayurveda is also called the “science of life.” Thus Ayurveda says every individual has a certain with which he or she can be influenced most during the curing process. This is most probably due to the change in nature between two different human beings.
